DudesWhoBike provides a platform for users to organize and join cycling rides and events. We do not organize, supervise, or control these rides or events. By participating in a ride or event, you acknowledge and agree that cycling involves risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury, and property loss or damage. You assume all risks associated with participating in rides and events.

5. User Content

Our services allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our services. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Impersonating another user or person
• Using another user's account without permission
• Attempting to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ
